Eno River in Hillsborough, North Carolina
Three images, the first is done with Fuji Neopan 1600 black and white film.
The second and third are done with a Infrared Converted Canon 20D. As near as I can tell the stone structure is an old water gauge station. A modern gauge station (USGS) sits on the opposite shore http://nc.water.usgs.gov/triangle/stations/ Click on #26 if you are interested. The fact that you can get real time information is pretty stunning.
At any rate this is the B&W Film image; very surreal in comparison to most of my work.

This is the old gauge station again in infrared from slightly up stream from the first picture.

This is looking upstream across from the gauge station, and my favorite of the three.
